Pearson is laying off its workforce in Iowa City and eventually Austin and Cedar Rapids. Satbir Bedi from India has been brought in and is moving these jobs to his hometown in India. Pearson has said for years that they plan on moving these IT jobs to India. Yet they still fly the American flag outside their building in Iowa City. A company that has been in Iowa City for 50 years. Corporate greed is loyal to no country. Contracts usually have to be fulfilled by American companys... Bedi's plan? "We just won't tell them the work is being done in Inda." He may not tell them, but we will. We'll tell their competitors, too.
