About Adagio

The second restaurant of popular local Chef Kurt Michael Friese and his wife Kim McWane Friese (who also own Devotay) Adagio offers Iowa's only authentic Northern Italian cuisine, as well as specialties from around the Mediterranean. There are regular cooking classes, wine tastings and special event dinners, and Adagio is Iowa City's only smoke-free live jazz venue.
